Born and raised in Sunny South Africa, Wayne grew up as an out-of-the-box thinker. After finishing school, he quickly realized that the conventional life in Africa was not for him, so he set his sails for the great unknowns and spent several years traveling the globe. Through many part time jobs and a lot of studies, he discovered his true passion. As he came from a history of builders and designers, he naturally levitated towards buying distressed homes, fixing and selling for profit (or as we like to call “Flipping” He obtained his Carpentry license through this doing and still practices that as a hobby to this day.
